Over the past 3 months AVS has been inviting service agents to our Shropshire factory to deliver training to support service agents and improve their skills at repairing steps, on site. Kate Littler, AVS After Sales said, "AVS takes after sales very seriously. If we say a product has a warranty, we mean it, unlike our competitors. And the course improves the service agents' ability to diagnose correctly and then repair cost effectively whether its service work or warranty. The important thing is that the customer is back on the road asap!". AVS backs the on-site service with a wide range of spare parts, something most step manufacturers have ceased to do.  Future training days are scheduled both at AVS and on-site at customer and service agent locations.
